Drug Facts
Active ingredients......................Purpose

Acetaminophen 1000 mg...................Pain reliever
Diphenhydramine citrate 76 mg...........Nighttime sleep-aid
Uses: For temporary relief of occasional headaches and minor aches and pains with accompanying sleeplessness.
Warnings
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.
Do not use:
- with another product containing acetaminophen
- in children under 12 years of age
- with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
- glaucoma
- a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
- trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
When using this product:
- drowsiness will occur
- avoid alcoholic beverages
- be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days
- new symptoms occur
- fever lasts more than three days
- redness or swelling is present
- sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks.
Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious health problems. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
Directions
Do not take more than directed(see overdose warning)
Adults and children 12 years and over:
- one packet (two powders) at bedtime if needed, or as directed by a doctor
- place powders on tongue, followed with liquid. May stir powders into glass of water or other liquid.
